Recent Projects
Flagstone Patios are one of our specialities. You have a variety of choices of stone colors and can go with one or a blend of colors. We strive to bring a consistent yet organic look to the stone and the gaps between the stones . Look close for the signs of great quality: a flat even finish and natural and consistent gaps between the stones.
Stone Veneers are incredibly popular here in Colorado. We can transform dull concrete into a beautiful stone wall with a veneer. Here you can see that this home's entry steps were torn out and replaced with new concrete steps . Rather than leaving the repaired wall exposed we added a lovely flagstone veneer over the concrete creating an elegant entryway that perfectly complements the colors in the home's bricks.
Stone Walls aren't what they used to be. Almost any masonry wall you see today that looks like a stone wall is more likely a concrete cinderblock or framed wall with stone veneer. Concrete blocks make a terrific masonry structure because they are strong, consistent and relativley inexpensive. Then add in the skills of a master mason and stone veneer materials and you end up with a strong, stable wall that looks almost exactly like a solid stone wall and will actually handle the elements better.
